DELIVERY TIME:

In Japan the delivery time is approx. 2-5 working days, depending on the order volume.

For all deliveries outside Japan, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package has reached your country. Victory Pink does not withhold duties and taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your potential duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to clear customs. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's policies.

RETURNS:

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. For returns, please contact us via email at info@victorypink.com.
Please note that we don't accept returns of panties and thongs due to hygiene reasons.

Return cost must be paid by the customer. If you only want to exchange your products, we will send you a return label free of charge. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will first be checked. As soon as the return has arrived, we will send you a refund or the exchange items you're asking for.

 

Returns policy:

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving the shipment if the following conditions are met:

1) The items must be in original condition with no signs of wear 

2) The label must not have been removed.

3) The items must be in the original packaging.

*Please note: if your return does not comply with our returns policy, we will inform you by email and return the goods to you.
